Pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par la professeure <a href=\"https:\/\/ciraig.org\/index.php\/fr\/team\/anne-marie-boulay-2\/\">Anne-Marie Boulay<\/a>, directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du CIRAIG, cette \u00e9dition a rassembl\u00e9 plus de 400 participantes et participants de 41 pays, avec 120 pr\u00e9sentations et 182 posters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Des recherches pour mieux \u00e9valuer la durabilit\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes alimentaires<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les pr\u00e9sentations et les \u00e9changes ont mis en lumi\u00e8re plusieurs avanc\u00e9es m\u00e9thodologiques et enjeux \u00e9mergents en ACV. Parmi les th\u00e8mes abord\u00e9s figuraient la repr\u00e9sentativit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es d\u2019inventaire, l&#8217;am\u00e9lioration des \u00e9valuations de toxicit\u00e9 et la prise en compte de la biodiversit\u00e9 des sols.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les recherches pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es ont \u00e9galement inclus pour la premi\u00e8re fois l\u2019emballage et autres sources de fuites de plastique dans la discussion de l\u2019alimentation durable, et un panel y \u00e9tait d\u00e9di\u00e9 le dernier jour.&nbsp; La valorisation de ressources marines non conventionnelles et les compromis entre poissons destin\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019alimentation humaine et animale ont aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 abord\u00e9s, et plusieurs discussions ont soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance d\u2019int\u00e9grer les dimensions sociales, nutritionnelles et de bien-\u00eatre animal pour \u00e9valuer plus largement la durabilit\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes alimentaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Une mobilisation collective et la rel\u00e8ve \u00e0 l\u2019honneur<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019organisation de cette \u00e9dition a repos\u00e9 sur l\u2019engagement des \u00e9quipes organisatrices, des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles, des comit\u00e9s et des partenaires, que le CIRAIG remercie chaleureusement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finalement les <em>Kiyotada Hayashi Awards,<\/em> en l\u2019honneur du membre du Comit\u00e9 Scientifique de LCA Food d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 quelques semaines avant la conf\u00e9rence, commandit\u00e9s par EarthShift Global, ont r\u00e9compens\u00e9 les meilleures pr\u00e9sentations et les meilleurs posters \u00e9tudiants. Nora Schelte, de la Ghent University Doctoral School, et Ionic\u0103 Dr\u0103gan, de l\u2019INAF \u2013 Universit\u00e9 Laval, ont re\u00e7u respectivement les premier et deuxi\u00e8me prix de pr\u00e9sentation.
