Pauline Frelet

Pauline is currently completing a dual degree  between École Polytechnique and Polytechnique Montréal. She specialized in environmental sciences, after starting her academic path with a background in biology. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in chemical engineering.
Her research focuses on the impact of microplastics on aquatic biodiversity. In particular, she is interested in the exposure of aquatic species to microplastic ingestion depending on their size, with the aim of developing characterization factors applicable to life cycle assessment.
