Virginie holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Natural Sciences for the Environment from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). She is currently pursuing a thesis-based master’s degree in Project Management at UQAM and conducting her research at CIRAIG. Her research focuses on the integrated design of more sustainable processes for microchip manufacturing. Using life cycle assessment (LCA), she studies the environmental impacts of new biopolymer-based nanoparticles, with the aim of integrating environmental considerations from the design stage and guiding their development toward more sustainable solutions.
