Ivan Viveros Santos

Ivan Viveros Santos holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the National Autonomous University of Mexico and a doctorate in chemical engineering from Polytechnique Montréal. His doctoral research focused on assessing the environmental impact of metal emissions. Since joining the analyst team in late 2022, Ivan has contributed to various research projects and LCA studies, while also providing training in life cycle assessment software, including openLCA and Brightway2. He also teaches environmental risk assessment at Polytechnique Montréal, where he integrates his expertise in environmental modelling and geographic information systems (GIS).
