LCA comparing reusable mugs with single-use coffee cups

RECYC-QUÉBEC mandated the CIRAIG to compare the use of single-use products with the option of reuse from an environmental standpoint, and then to determine the economic and social issues and levers that would allow the implementation of the best practices identified. To do so, a study was conducted on the specific case of on-site coffee consumption in Quebec food service outlets, comparing the use of disposable cups and washable mugs.
